A client of Insight Global is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This role can be full-time or part-time!
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue badges as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting setup
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative support to office teams as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in a corporate office setting
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with scheduling
