Accounting Manager

Our client, a growing manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting. This role supports operations, warehouse distribution, and leadership with accurate financial data and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting operations including GL, month-end close, and financial reporting

Manage cost accounting, cost variance analysis, and inventory controls (cycle counts)

Support manufacturing and warehouse distribution operations

Ensure multi-state tax compliance and assist with audits

Maintain strong internal controls and accurate financial records

Partner with international teams or support global operations, as applicable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Cost accounting experience required

Inventory and audit experience

Strong systems and Excel skills
