Executive Compensation

The Energy & Infrastructure Projects group is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of law firm experience (class of 2022-2019) to join the team in either Houston, New York, Toronto or Washington, D.C. offices. Strong financing experience is required. Ideal candidate will have experience with debt and tax equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development transactions involving energy and infrastructure projects. A successful candidate must hold a high level of academic achievement and a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $310,000 to $420,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
