Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking Global Security Operations Center Operators in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

PAY RATE: $28.00 to $29.00 per hour

SCHEDULE:

Friday & Saturday 1600-0000

Friday & Saturday 0000-0800, Sunday & Monday 1600-0000 BENEFITS:

What you'll do:

Ensure the protection of company staff, guests, and assets through a diligent monitoring of Access Control System, CCTV, Incident Management Systems and Dispatch Control Room

Document and record security activity observed during scheduled shift and escalated incidents

Support analytical product production to support travel and risk programs

Carry out policies and procedures in accordance with company policies

Forge effective relationships with colleagues to achieve goals

Open source monitoring during special events, security incidents, disasters, and other crises on a global scope

Other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned by Global Security management

Make intelligent decisions in a manner that reflects maturity, patience, intelligence, and a cogent interpretation of all meaningful information

Continuously monitor OSINT streams for any threats by external actors against Snap staff, assets, operations, or reputation and escalate threat intelligence to the Intelligence & Risk Analysis (I&R) team

Utilize intelligence platforms to detect upcoming risk events that have the potential to cause disruptions to Snap (e.g., protests and demonstrations, extreme weather events, upcoming flashpoint dates, etc.) and escalate relevant information to the GSOC and Regional Security Managers

Monitor travel security advisories that have the potential to impact Snap business travelers' itineraries and escalate relevant information to the Travel Security Manager

Provide OSINT collection and monitoring in support of Snap events, supporting the I&R team and the Event Security team

Safeguarding confidential and sensitive data while employed by us and while on assignment at a customer of ours

Communication with others, including employees and third parties such as vendors, customers (including their employees), and/or players, including minors

Accessing our or our customer's assets, secure digital systems, and networks

Ensuring a safe interactive environment for players, employees, and temporary workers Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge and familiarity with computers and security equipment, including CCTV monitors including but not limited to Milestone, Lenel, Valor and Basic Life Safety systems.

Basic understanding in incident response, Crisis Management, Incident Management, Emergency Response utilizing communication channels including Slack, Everbridge, email (via the G-suite), video calls and phone systems.

Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to our 24/7 operation

Experience working in the security, medical, emergency services, law enforcement, military, or customer service industry is helpful

Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, as well as individually

Strong time management, ability to multitask, and attention to detail capabilities

Ability to master the company's computer based technologies Minimum Qualifications:

High school degree or GED or equivalent years of experience

2+ years of experience as a GSOC operator or emergency services dispatcher

Ability to lift up to 20.5 lbs. to support emergency response or relocation

Ability stay on your feet for extended periods to time for Incident Management

Current CPR and Basic First Aid certification

Knowledgeable of how to leverage social media, news media, and other online sources for open source intelligence (OSINT)

Understanding of how to evaluate information sources for accuracy and reliability Preferred Qualifications:

Guard card/security license according to state requirements

2+ years of experience as a GSOC operator or emergency services dispatcher, working with access control, CCTV monitoring, incident management technology and OSINT monitoring

The flexibility to work any assigned shift and to attend meetings and training sessions

Data analytics and reporting experience for running current analytics and the creation of new reports

Prior training or educational coursework on research, analytical, or intelligence techniques

Experience using OSINT tools such as Dataminr, Liferaft Navigator, Everbridge, Tweetdeck, GIS mapping software, etc.

Desired Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in a relevant course of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
