Corporate Restructuring team in Chicago is seeking outstanding lateral candidates (class of 2022-2018) with proficiency in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Ideal candidates should have substantial company-side and buy-side (i.e., 363 and/or plan sponsorship) experience as well as a mix of other representations (including liability management transaction and general lender/creditor representations). High level of academic achievement and experience in the restructuring practice of a peer firm are required qualifications.
The starting base salary for this Chicago position is expected to be between $310,000-$435,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
