Position Overview:
As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Allard Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident conditions while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and provide accurate damage estimates using estimating software (CCC)
Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians throughout the repair process
Review and update estimates as needed to reflect supplemental damage found during repair
Maintain up-to-date repair files and documentation
Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the production team to ensure repair timelines are met
Ensure all repairs follow OEM guidelines and industry best practices
Help resolve customer concerns or disputes in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
Mitchell Connect Estimating experience preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in collision estimating or similar role
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and insurance repair guidelines
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
I-CAR certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
