Senior Program Leader - After School Site Manager

Lead with Purpose - Become a Program Leader with Club K After School Zone

Location: We have programs at elementary schools in Tigard-Tualatin, West Linn-Wilsonville and Beaverton School Districts (75% on-site) + Beaverton Office (25%)

Schedule: Monday-Friday afternoons (average 26-28 hours/week) + ~2 weekday mornings

Compensation: Starting at $19.00+/hour, DOE & education level

No weekends. No late nights. Just meaningful, passion-driven work.

At Club K After School Zone, we're building something bigger than after-school care-we're shaping future-ready kids in a safe, creative, and enriching environment. We're seeking a Program Leader to drive success at one of our K-5 after-school program locations.

This leadership role is ideal for someone with a passion for youth development, strong team management skills, and a desire to create exceptional experiences for elementary-aged students. If you thrive on responsibility and are ready to lead by example, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Program Leader, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our licensed after-school sites

Supervise and support a team of 1-2 teachers and/or aides

Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that reflect Club K's values: Safety, Fun, Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, and Continuous Improvement

Maintain compliance with Oregon state childcare regulations and reporting

Manage site logistics, student records, and parent communications

Collaborate with our admin team to meet program goals and plan for site success

What We're Looking For

Required: At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-age youth (teaching, camp, or enrichment programs)

Required: Strong organizational skills, dependability, and a passion for youth development

Preferred: Leadership experience or experience supervising staff

Preferred: Knowledge of child development and best practices in school-age care
