Position Overview
The Thermoforming Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining thermoforming machines to produce high-quality plastic products. The role involves ensuring efficient production processes, performing machine inspections, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during operations.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate thermoforming machines according to production specifications.
Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform regular inspections and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine operation is a plus.
Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of thermoforming processes and machine operation.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform machine inspections.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols.
