Required Qualifications

Pega Expertise: Proven experience in developing with Pega PRPC, preferably with versions 7.x, 8.x, or higher.

Certifications: Certified Pega Developer credentials (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) are strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Solid foundation in Java, web services, and relational databases (e.g., Oracle SQL).

Agile Experience: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Debugging Proficiency: Skilled in using Pega debugging tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and SMA.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
