Phlebotomist/Specimen Collector

Location: Nortonville, KY 42442

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with phlebotomy and specimen collection, be able to multitask efficiently, and communicate clearly with both patients and team members. A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work respectfully with diverse patient populations are key to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Collect specimens for medical testing

Ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients

Demonstrate professional customer service and compassion when interacting with patients, physicians, and clinic staff

Prepare specimens for transport, courier pick up, or deliver to the nearest hub

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Drug Test - Zero Tolerance (including THC)

Background Check

Employment Eligibility Verification

Pay Rate: $18/hour - $19/hour

Schedule: M-F

Monday-Thursday

8:30am-4pm

Friday

8:30am-1pm

1 hour lunch daily

Work Location: In-person
