About the Role:

The Operations Leadership Development Program is a dynamic 18-month rotational experience tailored for recent graduates eager to become future leaders in operations. This program delivers immersive, hands-on exposure to key operational areas including production, maintenance & engineering, supply chain & logistics, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, while also developing your leadership and business acumen.

Throughout your structured rotations, you will:

Gain valuable experience in driving operational excellence and process enhancements;

Enhance your leadership abilities to motivate teams and achieve tangible results;

Develop strategic business insights that will influence decision-making and contribute to organizational success.

As a culmination of your training, you will lead a capstone project, managing a cross-functional improvement initiative and presenting your findings to senior leadership. Graduates of this program will be well-prepared to take on impactful leadership roles within Agropur's operations network.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Dairy Manufacturing, Production and Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related technical or business field;

Preferred: internship or relevant project experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial technology.
