We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to join our remote support team. In this role, you will assist customers through online chat platforms, providing timely responses, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat

Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account concerns

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Document all interactions accurately within the company’s CRM system

Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and brand voice in all communications

Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores

Required Skills and Qualifications
