Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account concerns
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Document all interactions accurately within the company’s CRM system
Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and brand voice in all communications
Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written communication and typing skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat/CRM software
