We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will assist with daily office tasks, communication management, scheduling, and data organization while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and team members
Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling of meetings and appointments
Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
Coordinate virtual meetings and take meeting notes when required
Handle customer and internal inquiries via email, chat, or phone
Assist with file management, onboarding documentation, and reporting
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic admin tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree is a plus
Prior experience as a virtual or administrative assistant is an advantage
