Wage (gross) and other rewards: Minimum 1450€ / monthly (depending on experiences and quality of the candidate) + Annual global incentive plan-bonus and other benefits in compliance with social benefit program of the company.

About the role:
The position is responsible to ensure that production equipment is producing according to customer demands with the highest level of efficiency and quality, optimization of processes, production and technical documentation meets criteria’s of states legislation and QH.
Key Responsibilities:
To support design, development, testing, delivery and implementation of new/rebuilt equipment and
processes
To review, approve and verify built equipment documentation supplied with new equipment
To support PreFAT, FAT, SAT, IQ and further stages of validation activities for new equipment
To ensure, that delivered new equipment will be functioning as specified in URS and meet requirements
To support implementation of new equipment and processes within project timeline
To ensure definition of planned maintenance of production equipment
To support improvements for equipment and processes to meet production KPI
To cooperate with other teams within the project
To support RCA activities and focus to problem solving
To ensure compliance with the legislative and internal requirements To ensure compliance with EHS requirements and to participate in the fulfilment of the company's targets
in the EHS area
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position,
Basic knowledge of production workflow, knowledge of production processes and procedures
Knowledge of industrial materials
Ability to read technical drawings adopting with the use of available technical standards
Knowledge of technological equipment and a rapid understanding of their systems
Organizational and communication skills
Project management
Experience with creation of work instructions and safety work instructions
Flexibility
Self reliance
High level of proactivity
Ability to work in team
Very close co-operation with technical project leader
Very close co-operation with Supervisor of maintenance information system
Very close co-operation with Lead technician, Value Stream Leader and suppliers
Qualifications/Education:
Minimum secondary school, preferred technical, chemical technology focus is required
Preferred training requirements:
Introduction training for administrative employees
Quality System documents and procedures relevant to all employees (local and Convatec corporate e.g.
Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Quality Policy, Complaints, relevant GxP documents), including
regular re-training when required
Quality System documents and procedures relevant to job performance
Languages
Speaking: Yes English – advanced*
Writing/Reading: Yes English – advanced*

Project group and T&I to communicate project details
External:
Machine vendors to communicate project planning, design of built machine, supplied documentation
Technology consultants to communicate designed process and together define pros and cons of proposed technologies to be used
Travel Requirements
Traveling is required. The engineering projects complexity will dictate the amount, location and frequency of
travel. Traveling is estimated at 10-20% of the time.
