Property Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are hiring a reliable and experienced Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, plumbing, and general construction repairs for commercial and HOA-managed properties. This position requires hands-on field work, troubleshooting, and routine property maintenance.

A valid driver’s license is required. A company vehicle will be provided after a 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities:

•Diagnose and repair lighting and basic electrical systems

•Perform plumbing repairs (fixtures, leaks, minor pipe work)

•Complete general maintenance and construction repairs (drywall, tile, flooring, painting, carpentry)

•Conduct on-site service calls and troubleshoot issues

•Assist with installations and system upgrades

•Maintain clear documentation of work performed

•Follow all safety standards and building codes

Qualifications:

•Experience in commercial property maintenance, construction, or service technician work

•Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs

•Ability to troubleshoot and work independently

•Experience with HVAC systems is a plus

•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
