The purpose of this job is to operate under the guidance of Senior, and Lead Computer Operators in order to supervise/operate software and hardware according to pre-set instructions.
**This position may be filled as a level I, II, or III based on additional experience and qualifications required.**
Working Hours: 7 pm - 7 am 3 days per week (rotating)
Responsibilities
Monitor nightly batch processing for all applications
Use CONTROLM to manipulate processing as requested
Monitor ATM and communicate with vendor via ticketing system when issues arise
Monitor file transfer system
Monitor computer room and escalate issues as required
Learn nightly application balancing process
Learn Service Now ticketing system
Respond to password reset requests
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school education
Makes rational and timely judgements based on information including relationships, patterns, causes and effects.
Customer service
Uses various hardware and software programs as required. Microsoft Office
Oral and written communication skills
Operates by and adheres to a situation-appropriate and effective set of core values and beliefs.
Additional qualifications required for Level II:
3+ Years operations experience
Additional qualifications required for Level III:
5+ Years operations experience
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
12-hour shifts
Sit for extended amount of time
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
