What Youll Own
From first material drop to final walkthrough this is your jobsite.
You will:
Lead daily jobsite operations with confidence and clarity
Set production goals and hold crews accountable
Coordinate subcontractors and manage workflow
Enforce safety standards without compromise
Protect quality no shortcuts, no excuses
Keep projects on schedule and aligned with scope
Complete accurate daily field reports
Conduct final walkthroughs and punch list sign-offs
Communicate with Project Managers and Installation leadership
Represent our brand professionally in front of homeowners

Who Wins in This Role

You likely:
Have 2+ years leading construction or exterior crews
Naturally take charge and earn respect quickly
Run organized, efficient jobsites
Communicate clearly and directly

Embrace structure, systems, and reporting
Are comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
