What you will be doing

Support MES/SAP rollouts and Data Migration validations

Assist in coordinating activities across Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management

Assist in the tracking, updating and monitoring of hardware and software assets in the organization's IT Asset Management systems

Intake and initial processing of IT demands submitted by business partners

What will make you successful?

Ongoing IT/IT Economics/Technical full-time studies (University or College)

Advanced level general IT skills

Having good written and spoken English skills

Be engaged to Hydro at least 6–12 months

Availability min. 20 hours/week
