We are looking for HR Trainees for the following fields:
People Resourcing (Recruitment) Trainee
Compensation & Benefits Trainee
Learning & Development Trainee

What you will be doing
Support end-to-end recruitment and people resourcing activities, including candidate coordination and administration
Assist in Compensation & Benefits processes, data collection, reporting, and system updates
Support Learning & Development initiatives such as training coordination, learning administration, and content organization
Maintain and update HR data in HR systems and databases
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR-related documentation
Provide administrative and operational support to HR business partners and global HR teams
What will make you successful?
Ongoing HR, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration or related full-time studies (University or College)
Strong interest in HR processes and people-related topics
Confident English communication skills (written and verbal)
Commitment to work with Hydro for at least 12 months
Availability of minimum 20 hours/week
