Job Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to temporarily step in during maternity leave and keep our operations and security running smoothly. This is a hands-on role with real ownership across employee lifecycle processes, information security, compliance, and vendor management, while being an active part of the Operations team.

You’ll support ongoing operational projects and processes, work closely with internal stakeholders, and be a key partner on data security and privacy matters.

Responsibilities:

Operations Team Support

Support ongoing operational projects and processes

Help improve and maintain operational workflows and documentation

Ensure continuity of operations during the maternity leave period

Information Security & Compliance

Own and maintain day-to-day processes for ISO 27001 and SOC 2

Support audits, evidence collection, and ongoing compliance activities

Lead security awareness training

Work with internal teams on data security and privacy topics

Employee Onboarding, Offboarding & Access Management

Own end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding

Provision, manage, and revoke user access and permissions

Ensure role-based access and least-privilege principles

Run regular access and permissions reviews

Maintain clear documentation and audit trails

IT & Systems Operations

Manage company tools, systems, and identity/access controls

Ensure systems are securely configured and well maintained

Act as a go-to person for operational and access-related issues

Vendor & Subscription Management

Manage software subscriptions, including licenses, renewals, and ownership

Lead vendor onboarding, including security reviews and risk assessments

Maintain supplier security standards and documentation

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Operations, IT Operations, Security Operations, or a similar position

Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2

Experience managing onboarding/offboarding and access control

Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive information

Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment- Must

Security-minded, practical, and comfortable taking ownership

Organized, independent, and proactive
