POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a qualified Front-end ReactJS developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building the 'client-side' of

our web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

The position requires close coordination with production management, portal development team, data warehouse team, outside technology &

development partners.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

? Extensive familiarity with programming

? Extremely detail-oriented and able to follow standard methodologies for troubleshooting and development.

? Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability

? Proactive initiative, flexibility and a high level of motivation

? Experience exchanging data with a variety of platforms and systems

? Design mobile-first for multi-device environment (desktop included)

? Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

? Programs within multiple inter-related systems, using techniques and languages, such as Vue, VueX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,

JQuery, JSON, Node, and XML

? Designs, writes, validates and modifies code and scripts efficiently

? As part of a team, works on conceptualizing and development of new programs and web applications

? Develops and executes effective testing plans

? Creates and maintains documentation related to assigned web applications, programs and other systems

? Tracking and reporting progress of project to supervisor and user departments.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related study

? 4+ years of related programming experience, which includes Vue, JavaScript, jQuery.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

? Strong knowledge of Vue, HTML, Visual Studio (Code), jQuery, Git, AJAX, JSON, SQL

? Material design patterns (Material Design Lite a plus

? Deep understanding of UX/UI and grid responsive designs.

? Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to help identify issue and implement effective solutions

? Strong verbal and written communication skills (including documentation)

? Teamwork and self-direction skills

? Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills

? Working knowledge of code repositories, pull requests, branching and merging (GIT)

? Telerik (Progress) KendoUI experience a plus

? Agile development experience a plus

? Test Driven Development experience a plus

? Backend development experience a plus
