About The Role
As a key player in our print center mailroom, your responsibilities will include a seamless mix of printing, mail handling, and administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities may vary based on our operations' size and scope but generally include:
Printing and Production: Operate and maintain printing equipment, handle print jobs, and ensure quality control.
Mailroom Operations: Receive and process mail, prepare outgoing shipments, and manage package handling.
Additional Tasks: Oversee inventory, maintain records, troubleshoot equipment, and provide customer service while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
The ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
The capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach, sit, talk, and hear as required by job duties.
Close vision and the ability to focus accurately on tasks.
Prior experience with data entry is preferred.
The flexibility to engage in repetitive motions such as bending and climbing.
