Personalization Systems Specialist

Job Description

** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

SQL Database

· Adding entries to EMV Script table for new scripts including Customer Name, script description following common naming convention, script “pointer” Affina OID, Barnes Scenario name, and additional details

o Script “pointer” will follow established naming convention (i.e., BankPRF_40 or similar)

· If generating CVV/CVCs, update Key Version table with version number as installed by Key Management team or request change from SQL developer

Personalization Script Mappings

· Receiving script file(s) from engineer

· Storing files on devshare for access in perso

· Installing script files on test machine including data preparation, personalization profile, script/key parameters, Affina OIDs, and others

· Maintaining historical/version information for installed scripts

Testing/Debugging

· Running test card using appropriate card/data setup on MX and encode mag

· Reviewing and analyzing test results as applicable

· Troubleshoot minor issues by running script on test machine

o Common changes include cvc offsets, BIN length, etc.

· Maintain notes for all changes and observations made during installation and debugging process

· Notify key management team of any incorrect or missing key types

· Submit test results to engineer for further review including any analysis, observations, or script changes made during testing

· As needed, communicate with engineering team on client or data processor side

Barnes – QC

· Quality Assurance

· Creating Barnes scenario QC button at IT desk and QC station for new production scripts

· Updating Barnes scenarios and corresponding buttons as needed and maintain references to QC Scenarios in SQL database

Follow up and Approval

· Promoting script files to production AI servers

· Winmerge test and production servers to confirm all approved scripts are fully installed

· Confirming with Customer Service team once script has been internally approved by PPP development team and fully promoted to production

· Troubleshooting any script errors encountered by production team after deployment

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· DevOps experience relating to FTP, AD, firewall configurations

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Exceptional organization and time management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Programming interest and aptitude

· Intellectual Curiosity

· Detail Orientated

· Enjoys Working in Team Environments

· Shipping software (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS Worldship, etc.)

· SQL Server with stored procedures

· NET (C#, MVC)

· Web Services and experience with APIs (Web API)

Educational Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field preferred

· Project Management Professional Certification is a plus

Experience

· 3-5 Years Experience

· On Site Presence Required
