Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
Ability to obtain or already hold insurance licenses (personal lines, Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Life all acceptable)
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
A passion for helping others and building long-term relationships
