Your Path as a Financial Controller

Lead and manage the hospital’s financial and accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, collections, payroll, and general ledger.

Prepare and present timely financial reports, budgets, and state-required documentation.

Collaborate with hospital leadership and teams to identify and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.

Engage with Governing Body committees and partnership boards as necessary.

Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and other guidelines.

Qualifications We Are Seeking

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.

A minimum of five years of experience in hospital accounting is preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial management and analysis principles gained through relevant experience.

Experience in financial operations, labor management, revenue analysis, expense control, and contract negotiation.

Expertise in budgeting, including capital and operational planning.

Proven ability to develop and maintain a strong internal control environment.
