A Client Care Coordinator acts as the main liaison for clients, guiding them through their interactions with the organization to ensure a smooth and supportive experience. This role focuses on managing client communications, from initial contact to ongoing support, and coordinating the delivery of services. By addressing client inquiries and scheduling needs, the coordinator helps to build a foundation of trust and reliability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all incoming communications and inquiries to ensure timely responses.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, services, and meetings between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including all interactions, transactions, and service history.

Gather and document client feedback to identify areas for service improvement and report findings to management.

Assist clients with intake processes, including the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that client needs are met and to facilitate the resolution of any issues.

Educate clients on the range of available services and resources to support their ongoing needs.

Monitor client progress and satisfaction with services, making adjustments to care plans as necessary in coordination with service providers.
