Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist for a hybrid contract role. This position requires a professional who can bridge the gap between complex data modeling and business strategy. The ideal candidate will be present in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) to collaborate directly with stakeholders.

Technical & Functional Skills:

Utilize advanced SQL skills (6–9 years of experience) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.

Apply Advanced Statistical Analysis and modeling techniques to solve complex business problems.

Develop and implement basic machine learning models, including Regression, Decision Trees, and Clustering.

Leverage PySpark knowledge to enhance data processing and scalability (highly preferred).

Translate raw data into actionable insights through thorough data analytics.

Behavioral & Professional Skills:

Maintain a business-facing presence, acting as a consultant to internal stakeholders.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations to ensure data findings align with organizational goals.

Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences to support decision-making.
