Spinner Operators / Spinner Operator Trainees – Hiring Immediately

Opsource of Gaffney has partnered with a local, family-owned textile plant and is currently hiring Spinner Operators and Spinner Operator Trainees to join our team ASAP!

? Pay

$12.00 per hour to start

$14.99 per hour once fully trained

? Available Shifts

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

? Job Responsibilities

Operate and tend spinning frames that draw and twist roving or sliver into yarn

Patrol assigned work areas

Monitor spinning processes to detect nearly exhausted supply packages

Replace empty or near-empty packages with full ones

Tie and twist material from supply packages to machine threads

Guide and monitor drawing rollers

Clean lint and yarn from rollers, guides, and rails

Report any machine malfunctions to designated personnel
