Job Type: Full-time on-site located in Princeton KY Competitive Salary: Commensurate with experience (includes salary + biannual bonus) Benefits: * Paid Time Off (PTO) combines vacation, sick, personal days for flexibility of time off * Paid Holidays * Relocation Assistance * Retirement Plans * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance * Health & Wellness Program Benefits with incentives * Tuition Reimbursement What You'll Do * As the Facility Maintenance Manager, you will lead facility maintenance initiatives, manage people and vendors, and execute facility projects to maintain and improve the overall facility and grounds.

* Lead and oversee personnel, buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure effective sustainment and preventative maintenance * Hire, develop, coach, and retain maintenance personnel aligned with current and future business needs * Coordinate, monitor and repair to ensure safe, efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems * Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards * Plan, manage, and execute facility-related construction and maintenance projects * Prepare and manage maintenance projects to minimize operational disruption * Negotiate contracts with service providers, subcontractors, and vendors * Foster relationships and motivate suppliers and contractors to deliver high-quality work at competitive costs * Lead initiatives that improve employee safety, environmental conditions, quality, delivery, and cost * Drive timely closure of corrective and preventative actions * Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on technical and operational issues * Align facility projects and activities with organizational goals and expectations * Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of related experience * Experience managing contractors, vendors, and supporting labor in a large facility or manufacturing environment * Proven leadership experience managing a small team and working cross-functionally * General construction knowledge, including electrical, structural, plumbing, and HVAC systems * Kentucky General Contractor's License and familiarity with industrial building codes preferred
