What You’ll Be Doing

Educating new and current APPs on clinical procedures, diagnoses, and standards of care

Designing and assessing clinical competencies and onboarding checklists

Supporting simulation-based education and continuous professional development

Leading education around billing, coding, compliance, and evidence-based practice

Collaborating with medical staff, nursing, care management, and leadership

Participating in policy development and interdisciplinary committees

About You

Be able to do the job as described

NP/PA with at least 5 years of clinical experience

Licensed and certified to practice in New York (PA or NP with national certification)

Strong background in anatomy, pharmacology, and clinical medicine

Simulation education and APP teaching experience preferred

Comfortable developing education initiatives across diverse specialties
