Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic has an opening for a full time Receptionist/Scheduler

Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic is a group practice with emphasis on optometry, comprehensive ophthalmology and sub-specialties including eye plastic surgery, retina and cornea

Successful candidates will possess strong customer service skills, computer literate and be highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy medical practice. Responsibilities include answering initial calls to the clinic, screening for appropriate transfer and scheduling patients for several physicians. Greeting patients and obtaining accurate demographics and insurance information. Previous experience in a medical environment highly recommended.
