Perform hands-on application support for end-users, day-to-day maintenance to include plug-ins, reporting and dashboards, SLAs, planning, and testing system upgrades of RSAM applications; Perform and Troubleshoot advanced customizations of RSAM application; Work with architects, developers, and other product members to fulfill updates, fixes, and new features within key applications; Create, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals; Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs including advanced scripting in ServiceNow; Manage the fundamental administration and configuration of tasks in the ServiceNow & RSAM platforms; Maintain responsibility for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management and integrations for RSAM application; Aid in translating business requirements into technical requirements; and Serve as subject matter expert in ServiceNow & RSAM applications. Requires 5 years of experience in a related occupation.
