Job Description
Harbert Roofing Inc. is seeking a part-time organized and self-driven office clerk to join our team. Qualified candidates will possess the following traits: good organizational and communication skills, the ability to change focus between tasks as needed within the day, excellent judgment, and strong attention to detail.
Main Duties include:
*Processing accounts payable invoices.
*Reviewing and reconciling monthly accounts payable statements.
*Assisting the financial department with other items as needed
*Organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic customer files.
*Answering incoming calls.
20-24 hours a week to start. After 3 months could become full-time.
