Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining machinery, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. This role is crucial to our production process, ensuring that we meet our clients' demands and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC machines- horizontal and verticals

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality checks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts.

Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
