What You’ll Do

Tree & shrub pruning & removal that includes climbing or an aerial lift

General landscaping installs and maintenance

Plant installs & tear outs

Jobs that may require operating equipment like skidsteers, mini excavator, tractors, hydro seeders, stump grinders, etc.

Snow removal in winter

Requirements

2-3 years of climbing experience

2-3 years of landscaping crew leader experience

Knowledge of general landscape maintenance, plant ID & install, tree/shrub removal/stump grinding, seeding, pruning, and snow/ice management

Strong multitasking & problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

$24-$32 an hour + 1.5 x over time + 3% commission on upsells
