Position Description: The Opportunity:This role is a fantastic opportunity to use your detail orientation and project management skills to support in app development to make a difference for a committed, environmentally focused, salon group. While the role is centered around developing an app, there is a lot that is not tech related and requires minimal understanding of software development. The ideal candidate can bring order to chaos and can flex between days that can be quiet workdays (for example, working on projects when the CEO is traveling) and days that can be quite frenetic (for example if multiple staff members are ill and they need to support the Operations manager in finding solutions for our clients).Position Summary:This dynamic position requires a high degree of detail-orientation, the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Effective hourly based on education, experience, competency, and KPIs.You will have the freedom and autonomy to use your creativity to solve varied and interesting problems while being supported with ongoing coaching and alignment to our strategic plan.Do you recognize yourself in the following?Pain of Inefficiency You cant help but notice how things might be done better everywhere, all the time.
