We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at one of our premier West Allis communities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on leadership, proactive planning, and making a visible impact in a well-established, resident-focused environment.

Your Role in the Community

As Site Supervisor, you’ll manage all day-to-day maintenance operations, support a team of technicians, and ensure everything from landscaping to HVAC runs efficiently and safely. You’ll be the go-to for residents, a key collaborator for vendors, and a critical part of ensuring our homes meet the high standards we promise.

What You’ll Do

Maintenance Operations Oversight:

Supervise grounds upkeep, including landscaping, fertilization, snow removal, and painting

Handle plumbing repairs and replacements (including water heaters)

Oversee basic electrical tasks (breakers, fuses, light fixtures)

Troubleshoot HVAC systems within non-licensed parameters

Coordinate and prioritize work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance

Vendor & Project Management:

Obtain bids from vendors and ensure work aligns with property standards

Manage warranty claims and coordinate resolutions

Communicate effectively with third-party contractors to ensure timely, quality work

Oversee inspection preparation and support CAPEX and project execution

Team Leadership & Inventory:

Lead team meetings

Maintain property-wide inventory and ensure proper tool access

Help manage property budgets related to maintenance and supplies

Train and coach technicians, ensure hours and tasks are tracked and allocated appropriately

Develop and maintain turn schedules for move-ins/outs

Requirements

3+ years of maintenance operations experience (multifamily preferred)

Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems

Excellent communicator and team leader

Organized, reliable, and able to handle shifting priorities with a calm, solutions-oriented approach

Budget-conscious and process-driven

Committed to quality, safety, and service excellence

Someone who embodies our values of Warrior Spirit, Empathy, and Better Together
