QA/QC Manager

Perform regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality, material compliance, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved QAQC plans and safety standards. Validate material deliveries, test results, and installation works prior to approval and turnover.

Issue and track NCRs, observations, and site instructions related to quality issues.

Maintain organized QAQC documentation, including inspection records, test reports, checklists, and handover dossiers. Lead and supervise the QAQC team, including QAQC Engineers, Inspectors, and Technical Staff. Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Technical Documents. Establish and enforce the project quality management system (PQMS) Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s QAQC policies, procedures, and quality management systems. Establish project-specific Quality Plans in alignment with contract requirements, industry standards, and regulatory codes.
