Business Development Officer

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. You will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and generate leads while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into long-term partnerships. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance metrics to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to achieve sales and growth objectives. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with relevant experience in business development or sales, is preferred.
