We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization. Key responsibilities include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, responding to help desk requests in a timely manner, maintaining IT equipment, managing user accounts and access permissions, and ensuring data security and backup procedures are followed. You will also document support activities, assist with system upgrades, and provide basic training to staff on new technologies. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. A diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with relevant experience or certifications, is preferred.
