Job Description
Our company is looking for professional Front Desk staff. This position is the first point of contact with our customers and monitors all aspects of the customer experience while they are in our salon. The underlying principle guiding the provision of all our services is “Provide Outstanding Customer Service.”
Responsibilities:
· Answer the telephone for client appointments and service questions
· Schedule appointments using salon software
· Greet customers upon arrival
· Manage the customer experience while in the salon
· Receive client payment for services rendered and products purchased (cash, check and credit card)
· Balance daily receipts against service and product sales
· Setup next day activities: confirmation calls- appointment schedules
· Augment salon service and product sales by identifying opportunities and offering recommendations
