Job Title: Computer Operator
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (on-site)
Pay Rate Range : Up to $21.00 / hour depending on experience

Position Overview
We're hiring a Computer Operator to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot Windows environments, and provide hands-on end user support. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and a natural IT aptitude who enjoys working independently and learning new technologies on the fly. You'll play a key role in keeping systems, users, and operations running smoothly while delivering strong customer service across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and support Windows-based systems and applications.
Maintain and manage Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide hardware and end user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Deliver strong customer service and communication when assisting internal users.
Monitor daily IT operations and resolve issues proactively.
Learn new systems and tools independently as needed.
Work with minimal supervision while staying organized and reliable. Required Qualifications:
Experience with Windows troubleshooting and support .
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, formulas, reporting, organization).
Background in hardware support and end user support .
Excellent communication and customer service skills .
Strong work ethic with the ability to self-teach and work independently .
Must be able to pass a credit check (no bankruptcies). Nice to Have
Experience with IBM iSeries / IBMi (AS400) environments. No 3rd parties.
