Company Introduction:

We are a U.S.-registered international trading company, backed by a professional garment manufacturing enterprise in China. Our factory specializes in producing uniforms, tactical gear, and outdoor functional apparel, with a complete supply chain and stringent quality control. We are now expanding into the U.S. market, focusing on small-batch, high-quality manufacturing and export orders for apparel and outdoor products. Our goal is to provide reliable solutions for U.S. military, police, uniformed sectors, and outdoor industries.

Responsibilities:

Develop and expand business in the U.S. market, focusing on uniforms for various industries, tactical gear, outdoor apparel, and related industries. Identify potential clients and build partnerships.

Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our manufacturing capabilities through online and offline channels.

Liaise with client requirements, coordinate with domestic production teams, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Gather market trends and competitor insights to inform product development and business strategies.

Foster collaboration between U.S. and China teams, gradually establishing a sales system to achieve breakthrough growth.

Requirements:

Familiarity with the U.S. apparel industry, especially with connections or knowledge in uniforms, tactical equipment, and outdoor functional wear.

Proven experience in international business development, preferably with a track record of scaling a market from scratch.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive business independently.

Team-oriented, capable of working effectively across cultures and coordinating between U.S. and China teams.

Nationality: Open. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who have the right to work in the United States. Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Flexible working arrangements (part-time or full-time).
