Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NetCracker OSS Specialist to support ongoing enhancements, defect resolution, and Day 2+ operational improvements within our OSS ecosystem. This role is critical to stabilizing and optimizing our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) while driving continuous improvement across core operational support systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands on experience with the NetCracker OSS Suite across multiple modules (Inventory, Provisioning, Fault, Performance, Configuration, Service Assurance).

• Strong understanding of telecom network operations, service activation workflows, and OSS architecture.

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve defects in complex, integrated OSS environments.

• Experience supporting Day 2+ operations, enhancements, and production stability efforts.

• Familiarity with APIs, data models, and integration patterns within OSS/BSS ecosystems.

• Ability to work in fast paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
