Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Obtain quality specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining complete confidentiality. Positively identify patients and healthcare workers for laboratory operations. Support the laboratory in its routine functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Phlebotomy Certificate from ASCP Board of Certification preferred.

One year of work experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications or equivalent (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Exemplary customer service skills.
