Description:

The DCS team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale datacenters.

The team manages the end to end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable.

We are hiring a Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy, execution, and operational scaling of our global physical security program and infrastructure across data centers and edge locations.

This role is accountable for driving large-scale initiatives that improve security coverage, uptime, consistency, and audit readiness across our physical security ecosystem, including video surveillance (VMS), access control (ACS), and supporting device/infrastructure layers.

You will partner closely with Physical Security stakeholders, Security Delivery and Operations, and internal Security DevOps (automation-first) infrastructure teams to ensure physical security systems are designed correctly, deployed to standard, operated reliably, and continuously improved through measurable outcomes.

This is a highly technical TPM role with strong ownership of physical security results, while leveraging engineering and automation capabilities to scale globally.

Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end program delivery and operational performance for global physical security platforms across data centers and edge sites, spanning VMS/ACS, device onboarding, lifecycle management, and site consistency.

- Drive physical security operational excellence through measurable mechanisms, including KPIs and SLAs/SLOs for system availability, incident response, coverage gaps, downtime, and rollout quality.

- Lead cross-functional execution for major physical security initiatives, including new site deployment coordination, expansions, retrofits, platform upgrades, standardization, and global lifecycle refresh programs.

- Establish and enforce global physical security standards, including reference architectures, device and platform baselines, enrollment/configuration requirements, and SOPs/runbooks to prevent drift across regions.

- Own deployment readiness and go-live governance for physical security changes, ensuring prerequisites are met across devices, site infrastructure, networking, identity/access models, monitoring, and operational support.

- Lead break-fix governance for physical security infrastructure, including severity models, escalation paths, vendor engagement, RCA quality, corrective actions, and recurring-issue elimination.

- Manage vendor and integrator performance for physical security tooling and deployments, including technical alignment, escalations, field quality, delivery timelines, and support effectiveness.

- Partner with the Security DevOps engineering/automation team to scale physical security operations via automation-first patterns, including standardized deployment pipelines, configuration enforcement, automated validation, and operational telemetry.

- Serve as QA/QC owner for physical security builds and high-impact changes, validating conformance to approved standards, documentation, monitoring baselines, testing/rollback readiness, and post-deployment verification.

- Maintain audit readiness and operational transparency for physical security programs through strong documentation, ownership models, asset/lifecycle tracking, evidence collection, and executive-ready reporting.

Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience leading technical programs in physical security, security engineering, infrastructure, or adjacent domains, with demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.

- Experience operating or scaling production physical security systems such as VMS and/or ACS in globally distributed environments (data centers, campuses, or critical facilities). - Strong understanding of physical security deployment and operations, including device onboarding, coverage/availability outcomes, lifecycle management, and incident response.

- Proven ability to translate technical and operational requirements into execution plans, milestones, governance, and measurable outcomes.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort leading without direct authority across security, facilities, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting, risk management, and decision framing.

Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with automation-first infrastructure practices (IaC, CI/CD, configuration management, and operational telemetry). - Familiarity with virtualization-backed infrastructure operations (VMware vSphere/VCF) and large-scale storage supporting video retention.

- Working knowledge of Windows Server fundamentals (AD, GPOs, service accounts) and networking fundamentals (segmentation, routing, firewall ACLs). - Experience operating in regulated, audited, or high-compliance environments with strong evidence and documentation requirements.
