LUXary Travel is growing, and we are excited to welcome a new Client Experience Specialist to our expanding team. This flexible, remote opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who love travel, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a client focused environment.
This role is a 1099 independent contractor position and is commission based, offering the freedom to build your schedule and your earning potential.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients through inbound and outbound communication
Create tailored travel experiences based on client needs and preferences
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
Track leads, conversations, and bookings using CRM tools
Stay informed about destinations, travel packages, and industry trends
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities
Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, or tour planning (preferred but not required)
Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self discipline
Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus
Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage
