KeyResponsibilities:
Monitor andevaluate BDteaminteractions(calls, emails, proposals) to ensure
adherence to sales processes, communication standards, and overall client
experience.
Audit discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups to assess alignment with business
goals and customer needs.
ReviewandassessproposalresponsesandRFPdocumentationforquality,
customization, and value proposition.
Collaborate with BDteammemberstoenhanceoutreachstrategies,pipeline
management, and client nurturing efforts.
Identify training needs and conduct feedback sessions to improve performance
metrics and communication effectiveness.
Track KPIs and conversion metrics toanalyze trends, spot gaps,andimplement
corrective measures.
Provide inputs on salesstrategy refinement and help maintain bestpractices across
outreach, negotiation, and closing activities.
Maintain documentationofqualitystandards,audit outcomes, andimprovement
initiatives.
Support in ensuring that CRMandlead tracking systems are accurately updated and
maintained.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum1yearofexperience in inside sales or business development for the US/UK
market with revenue-based responsibilities.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and lead management across
short/mid/long-term goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assess and
enhance BD team interactions.
Skilled in client discovery and proposal review with a strategic, empathetic mindset.
Exceptionalproficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word,PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Proven ability to work independently and aspartof acollaborative, target-driven
team.
High attention to detail and a commitment to continuousquality improvement.
Understandingof B2B industry trends, market dynamics, and customer drivers
