Lead HVAC Install Technician

What You'll Do:

Perform installation and maintenance of residential and commercial HVAC systems

Lead other techs and manage projects from start to finish

Diagnose complex HVAC issues and implement effective solutions

Work with established builders, developers, and property management companies

Mentor and guide less experienced technicians

Provide outstanding customer service that maintains our near-perfect reputation

Keep accurate records of work performed

What You Bring:

5+ years of HVAC experience (the more, the better!)

Lead Install technician experience

EPA certification

Valid driver's license

Strong problem-solving abilities

Pride in your work and attention to detail

Professional communication skills
