Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Social Workers to provide parent training and counseling services to families in our community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and a strong background in family systems, child development, and trauma-informed care. This role is critical to supporting parents in building positive parenting skills, addressing family challenges, and fostering healthy family dynamics.Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group-based parent training.

Offer counseling services to parents and caregivers to address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

Collaborate with other professionals, including case managers, therapists, and educators, to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency requirements.

Provide services in-home, in-schools/daycares in-office, or via telehealth, as needed.Qualifications

Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field required; LCSW preferred.

Knowledge of child development, parenting strategies, and family dynamics.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus.
